I have completed my MS (Comp. Engg.) department of Electrical and Computer Engineering from NC State University . I had the opportunity of working under Dr. Paul D Franzon on CAD tools to include off chip connectivity for Multi-Chip modules (Commonly reffered to as SHOCC or Seamless High Off-Chip Connectivity).
